Origins of The Face

About a year ago I was playing around with the idea of combining a renaissance portrait with a nepalese style depiction of Gautama Buddha. After a few attempts I realised that the image might need a third, more contemporary element. Once I'd chosen a technique I decided to document the process. Recently I rediscovered these images which show the development of The Face.

After becoming interested in your art since discovering your "mugshot posters" and then looking at your web page,ive since noticed,your Art in a variety of places,my girlfriend and I now drive around and have a bit of competition to see who can spot a previously unseen "peter drew" first......
